Our Commitment

We're confident that Angular Architect Pro will help you write better Angular code and maintain cleaner architecture. That's why we offer a risk-free trial period. If the Extension doesn't meet your expectations within the first 7 days, simply request a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date
• This is your first purchase of Angular Architect Pro
• The refund request is for a new subscription (not a renewal)

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

1. Email us at support@architect-labs.com
2. Include your purchase email address and order number
3. Briefly explain why the Extension didn't meet your expectations (optional but helpful)

We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

After the 7-Day Period

After the 7-day trial period, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:

• Technical issues: If the Extension has a critical bug that we cannot resolve
• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times
• Unauthorized purchases: If someone made a purchase without your consent

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

• You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not automatically renew
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day trial period
• You can resubscribe at any time

Free Version

The Free version of Angular Architect is always available at no cost. If you're unsure about upgrading to Pro, we recommend using the Free version first to evaluate the Extension's core functionality.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle the actual financial transactions securely. When a refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to your original payment method.
