1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Angular Architect VS Code extension ("Extension") and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
Angular Architect is a Visual Studio Code extension that provides architecture analysis, code health metrics, and development tools for Angular projects. The Extension is offered in two tiers:
- Free Version: Basic features including architecture tree, health metrics, and limited nesting analysis.
- Pro Version: Enhanced features including unlimited analysis, export capabilities, historical trends, and priority support.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, the developer of Angular Architect ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal or business development activities.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
- Share, sell, or distribute your Pro license key to third parties
- Use automated tools to circumvent license restrictions
4. Pro Subscription
The Pro version requires a paid subscription. By subscribing to Pro:
- You authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
The Extension performs all code analysis locally on your machine. We do not collect, transmit, or store your source code. For information about what data we collect, please review our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the developer of Angular Architect and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Angular name and logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EXTENSION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
